1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Microdent SRL ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the periofast.com website and our medical services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Results: While PerioFAST™ is an evidence-based protocol, individual results vary depending on biological factors, compliance with aftercare, and pre-existing conditions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., "saving every tooth").

Not Emergency Care: Our website and remote consultation services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

Suitability: The "One-Visit" protocol is subject to clinical appropriateness. A full diagnosis is required before confirming eligibility.

3. Booking and Payments

Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and travel arrangements.

Currency: Prices are quoted in GBP (£). Payments can be made in GBP or EUR.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Medical Services: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Travel Packages: Hotel and transfer bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective third-party providers. We will assist in recovering costs where possible but cannot guarantee full refunds for third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including the "PerioFAST" trademark, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Microdent SRL and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Italy. Microdent SRL and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bologna, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
