That’s why our protocol starts under the operating microscope, to meticulously remove supra‑ and subgingival deposits and optimise root surfaces. We then use a latest‑generation Nd:YAG laser to selectively decontaminate diseased pocket epithelium and support coagulation — delivering power with finesse, and minimal invasiveness. When indicated, we complete the sequence with medical‑grade ozone to further reduce microbial load.
